Craig edited a short story to go into an anthology. He was efficient, worked within the constraints that were set by the compiler of the book, and met all deadlines throughout the whole process. The role of an editor is not just to correct the text but also to ask questions. As my story was historical, Craig quite rightly challenged me on some of the facts and contentions within the fiction and I was grateful that he did so. These words ring true as I celebrate having been chosen by Theo Paphitis and his team as a Small Business Sunday (#SBS) winner on the eve of my second business birthday.
