I worked with Craig closely while I was the freelance editor at Coaching Edge magazine (and other special publications), and he was one of the most professional and willing people I have had the pleasure to call a colleague. We reshaped and restyled the magazine massively in that time, and Craig ‘got it’ from day one. He was a great foil to work with, very efficient and proved a very good writer, always taking on guidance and advice, and improving his skills all the time. His project management skills were second to none, and more importantly, he had a great sense of humour and knew that the reader was the most important person in everything we did.
